Description

We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Executive. The ideal candidate
will have prior experience in IT / SAP recruitment, with knowledge of screening,
interviewing, and hiring practices.

Roles & responsibilities:
- 2 - 4 years of IT Recruitment
- Primarily SAP Hiring
Excellent sourcing, Screening, & Negotiating skills




Research and recommend current sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference
check etc)
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Good sourcing abilities using traditional and non-traditional job boards and social
media
Strong experience using various sourcing techniques namely Boolean, LinkedIn,
searches etc
