Responsibilities Provide general administrative support for the Compensation & Benefits team within Human Resources; Coordinate new hire onboarding communications; Process employee data and complete data entry tasks in HR systems and databases; Support with monthly payroll data preparation; Provide first-level support for routine employee queries related to payroll and benefits; Perform electronic document filing and distribution; Support Specialists and Managers on ad-hoc requests and projects; Collaborate with internal departments on HR related needs; and Handle sensitive and/or confidential employee information. Qualifications A minimum of a High School diploma, or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in a professional setting; Beginner-to-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Beginner-to-Intermediate knowledge of Human Resources or Enterprise Resource Planning software; High attention to detail; and Excellent written and oral communication skills.
