About the Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

The FP&A; Executive will work closely with the Finance leadership and business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent command over Excel and Power BI, and relevant finance/data analytics certifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly MIS, business performance reports, and financial dashboards
- Assist in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
- Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel and Power BI
- Analyze revenue, margins, operating costs, and business KPIs
- Support management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Work with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data
- Build financial models and scenario analysis for business planning
- Improve reporting processes and drive automation initiatives
- Support investor, audit, and management reporting requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- CA Inter / MBA Finance / B.



Com with relevant FP&A; experience
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A;, MIS, or business finance
- Strong proficiency in:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, Dashboards, Lookup Functions)
- Power BI Dashboarding & Data Visualization
- Good understanding of financial statements and budgeting concepts
- Robust analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Preferred Certifications
- Candidates with any of the following certifications will be preferred:
- Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Advanced Excel Certification
- Financial Modeling & Valuation Certification
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Data Analytics or Business Intelligence certifications.
