Sales Manager – HL/LAP

Role Summary

We are looking for Sales Managers with strong experience in HL/LAP sales via direct sales/connectors/builders. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring and managing Referral Partners, generating business through open market sourcing, and driving loan disbursement targets while ensuring portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Acquire, onboard, and activate Referral Partners, Connectors, and sourcing channels.

✅ Generate HL/LAP Loan leads through partner network and direct sourcing.

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and customers.

✅ Drive customer acquisition, loan sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement.

✅ Ensure achievement of assigned sales, revenue, and productivity targets.

✅ Conduct regular market visits to expand channel network and identify business opportunities.

✅ Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth case processing.





✅ Maintain portfolio quality and adherence to compliance guidelines.

✅ Cross-sell relevant financial products to maximise customer value.
