Job Description

Talent Productivity Engineering is a team at LinkedIn that builds products that power LinkedIn’s business. We drive technology vision, architecture, and design systems that help the company deliver major business processes (talent acquisitions, sales, finance, and benefits etc.). We deliver applications and products that let our customers do business with us in a seamless way, help grow our top line, and increase our efficiency.
We are seeking extraordinary talent to innovate, design,



and build integrations serving both internal HR applications and external systems. This hands-on technical role demands a strong analytical, data modeling and programming background. Preferred candidates will have experience designing and developing complex Workday integrations and APIs between HR applications and third-party systems (ADP and other Payroll systems, Compensation and Benefit systems, SmartRecruiters or ATS systems, Active Directory, Sailpoint, etc.)
This role will be based in Bangalore, India.
