* Drive revenue generation, recent customer acquisition, and overall sales targets for multiple branches
* Supervise daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and audit standards
* Guide and motivate Branch Managers and sales staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs
* Monitor loan processing, maintain asset quality, control Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and improve collection efficiency
* Conduct market scoping, analyze local trends, and initiate promotional campaigns to increase market share
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 7+ years in NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector
