Adroit Engineers is seeking a skilled CNC/VMC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) and vertical machining center (VMC) equipment to produce precision parts. Duties include reading and interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, monitoring production, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The CNC/VMC Operator should have a strong understanding of machining processes, experience with various tools and materials, and the ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products efficiently. Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Job Description
- Operate and maintain CNC/VMC machines to fabricate precision parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models




- Set up and adjust CNC/VMC machines parameters to ensure conformity to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions or deviations
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality control
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to optimize machining processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
