Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation:
Setting up and operating surface grinding machines (horizontal or vertical spindle, reciprocating or
rotary table) to grind flat or contoured surfaces of metal or non-metal workpieces.

Setup and Adjustment:
Positioning and securing workpieces, selecting appropriate grinding wheels and speeds, and adjusting
machine controls according to specifications.

Quality Control:
Monitoring grinding processes, inspecting finished parts for conformance to specifications, and making
necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
