About the Role





We are looking for a Marketing Operations (Marketing Ops) qualified with 2–3 years of experience to build, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows that improve lead nurturing, customer engagement, and overall marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, API integrations, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain marketing automation workflows using Zoho CRM, Zapier, Pabbly, and n8n.
- Integrate multiple applications and automate business processes using APIs and webhooks.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and customer segmentation.
- Create and customize HTML email templates and landing pages.
- Work with JSON for API integrations and data exchange.
- Manage lead routing, lead scoring, and CRM automation.
