The Regional Procurement Operations Manager is a senior operational leadership role responsible for the day-to-day performance and management of Procurement Operations within a region. The position reports to the Vice President Procurement.

Purpose of the Role The Regional Procurement Operations Manager is accountable for ensuring Procurement Operations delivers a reliable, efficient and consistent service. The role focuses on execution, operational performance, stakeholder satisfaction, people leadership, compliance and continuous improvement. It is intended to ensure Procurement is viewed as a trusted and proactive business partner.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the regional Operational Procurement organization and manage Procurement Managers and their teams.
- Ensure effective execution of the procurement process from approved requisition through purchase order closure and invoice resolution.
- Own regional operational performance, including KPIs,



workload management, backlog control and service delivery.
- Act as the senior escalation point for operational procurement issues.
- Build strong relationships with Fleet Managers, General Managers, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Develop team capability, succession planning and leadership effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, approved supplier requirements and audit standards.
- Drive implementation of Project Streamline and support automation, standardization and process improvements.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact procurement performance.
