- - Curate media responses as when required
- - Develop a PR strategy for key product verticals and devise proactive media communication
- - Engage with media and plan for relationship building meetings with the company spokespersons as when required

Leadership Visibility
- - Strategise and curate execution plan for key spokespersons of the organisation
- - Devise effective communication pieces for social media, traditional media and internal communications
- - Devise a social media plan for the spokespersons with guidelines on content, brand voice and key engagement aspects
- - Seek organic and paid opportunities for industry panel participation, and position the company spokespersons as the industry thought leaders
- - Suggest and execute new-age media and innovative approaches to position the company spokespersons as recent age and futuristic leaders

Special Projects




- - Curate media briefs and plans for the empaneled agencies and the various media houses to seek appropriate deliverables of a project
- - Devise content and ideas for social media promotions for key Marketing and Communications projects
- - Develop project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of communication initiatives
- - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
- - Oversee end-to-end design delivery process, ensuring high-quality creative outputs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
- - Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by management
- - Maintain documentation of all projects and create reports as required
