Description:

Responsible for providing expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring the software to meet those needs, and providing training and ongoing support to ensure the successful utilization of the system.

- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business team to understand HR and talent management needs and translate them into system requirements.
- System Configuration: Design & Develop recent Functionalities as part of Projects and Enhancements. Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules - Recruiting Management & Onboarding to align with the business processes and requirements.
- Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, including data migration, system testing, and integration with other HR systems or modules.
- Training: Provide training and knowledge transfer to team, ensuring they can effectively use and manage the SuccessFactors system.




- Data Management: Manage and maintain HR data within SuccessFactors, including data integrity, data loads, and data governance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical and functional issues related to SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth system operation.
- Best Practices: Stay current with SuccessFactors best practices and industry trends to make recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including system configuration documents, user guides, and change management plans.
- System Support: Production support for Performance & Goal Management, Recruiting Management, Onboarding, RBP along with other HRIS Eco-system. Extend ongoing support to end users by addressing their questions, concerns, and enhancement requests related to SuccessFactors. Provide L3-Expertise to Production support team.
