The Process Excellence role works with operational leadership to develop continuous improvement strategies, generate ad-hoc analyses and perform operational impact assessments. This can be achieved by utilizing business analytics tools and working with technical teams to obtain required data.

Essential Functions
- Understand the business problem, able to convert it as an analytical problem.
- Understand the data need, collect,



interpret and clean the data for analysis
- Produce meaningful insights using analytical/data modelling techniques and interpret and justify the results with the business context
- Able to present the analysis and results to the business stakeholders and generate BI reports
- Guide others project by offering insights, analytical assessment, and best practice sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to Identify strategy for implementing recommendations.
- Implement recommendations and monitor their progress across assigned projects
- Train team members and operations staff on lean six sigma Strategy
- Prepare and present updates to senior management.
- Develop and prioritize execution of recommendations to achieve goals.

Qualifications
- Full time bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, science, or Accounting.
