What you’ll do
- Commercial Contract Management: Act as the primary legal contact for commercial contracts in India, providing practical, robust,



and timely contract advice to support Weir’s Minerals operations. Daily activities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to manage commercial risks effectively. Success means delivering high-quality contracts that enable business growth and legal compliance.
- Legal Operations & Strategy: Assist in developing and managing legal operations in India by identifying business needs, implementing process improvements, and rolling out legal training. This includes supporting strategic planning and change management to enhance legal maturity within the business.
- Employment Law & Compliance: Provide strategic legal advice on Indian employment law to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and support sound business decisions. This includes handling investigations and advising on company secretary matters.
