YRG MERF runs the Sabrang Clinic, an integrated care centre for sexual minorities. To take the work of the clinic further, we are looking for a young and energetic person who is willing to join our effort to build sustained awareness and strong linkages with key stakeholders.

The person in this role will be the face of the clinic in the field.



The job calls for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting people, and following through until the person who needs care actually reaches the clinic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and carry out regular field outreach to build sustained awareness about the Sabrang Clinic and the services it offers.
- Build and maintain working linkages with key stakeholders — community groups, community-based organisations, government departments, health facilities and other partners.
- Set up and follow up referral pathways, so that people reached through outreach actually access clinic services.
- Organise awareness activities, community meetings and small events in and around Hyderabad.
- Maintain day-to-day records of outreach visits, contacts made and referrals completed, and submit reports on time.
- Travel across the city and nearby areas at short notice, as the work demands.
