Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect with 5+ years of experience to lead and contribute to architectural, interior, and landscape BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery. The role involves managing BIM workflows, ensuring model quality and standards compliance,



and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across all stages, from LOD 100 to LOD 500.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies, workflows, and standards for architectural projects
- Create and manage BIM models (architecture, interiors, landscape) using Revit
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of BIM models and design data
- Develop and produce schematic design drawings, issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to integrate models into a unified BIM workplace
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards,
