We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead with solid handson expertise in Nodejs and Reactjs to lead the design and delivery of scalable secure and highperforming web applications on Google Cloud Platform GCP This role combines technical leadership architecture ownership handson development and Agile delivery excellence You will guide a crossfunctional team collaborate with ProductUXQADevOps stakeholders and ensure engineering best practices across the SDLC

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership Architecture
- Own endtoend technical design and architecture for fullstack solutions using Reactjs Nodejs and modern cloudnative patterns
- Define and enforce coding standards architecture guidelines and engineering best practices clean code SOLID DRY secure by design
- Lead technical decisionmaking tradeoffs build vs buy platform choices and produce architecture artifacts HLDLLD sequence diagrams API contracts
- Guide the team on performance optimization scalability fault tolerance and observability

- Build and maintain responsive accessible frontend applications using Reactjs hooks state management routing component design
- Develop backend services and APIs in Nodejs RESTGraphQL implementing robust authenticationauthorization and data access layers
