Work Mode: Work from Office

Candidate Requirement: Only Female Candidates | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Schedule:
- 6 Days a Week
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

Scasa is looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The role involves assisting in employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, managing attendance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities.




- Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance tracking and leave records.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2 – 4 years in HR Operations / HR Administration
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Skills: Solid communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
- Preferred: Immediate joiners

Compensation

Salary: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and suitability)
