Description
- Own and execute the B2B social media strategy across key platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn for customers.
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business priorities, campaigns and corporate communication objectives.
- Create engaging content around logistics, supply chain, global trade, infrastructure, technology, sustainability, business solutions.
- Work closely with business, commercial, sustainability, human resources, communication and other functions to identify strong stories, case studies and content opportunities.
- Develop and manage different content formats including static posts, carousels, infographics, short videos, interviews and event content.
- Develop and update web pages for businesses and enterprise functions.
- Lead high impact social media campaigns on businesses.
- Build C-suite thought-leadership content for senior leadership, including posts, blogs, articles, industry viewpoints and executive communication
- Translate technical or complex business information into simple,



engaging and social-first content.
- Support social media communication around sports events, govt events and knowledge forums, partnerships, business announcements, customer stories and key milestones.
- Monitor conversations around the brand, industry and competitors and identify relevant trends and opportunities.
- Define and monitor social media performance to measure the success of social media campaigns, provide regular reports with actionable recommendations for future strategies and campaign development.
- Drive improvement in engagement, reach, follower quality, share of voice and overall brand visibility among relevant B2B audiences.
- To establish and manage an internal dashboard of measurements which analyses campaigns and translates data to contributors/stakeholders. Results and ROI should tie back to marketing/recruitment/branding objectives.
