Dear Candidate, We are hiring for the position of Premier Relationship Manager – 811 Channel with a leading private sector bank.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of 811 customers. • Build strong and long-term relationships with customers. • Drive customer engagement and ensure a superior banking experience. • Cross-sell banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products. • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions. • Achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio growth targets. • Ensure customer retention and deepen existing relationships.

Candidate Requirements: • Graduate in any discipline. • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Fintech. • Strong sales and relationship management skills. • Experience in handling customer portfolios and achieving business targets. • Valuable communication, interpersonal, and customer servicing skills.
