Job Objective:
- Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring as per ARF.
- Responsible for HR Operations which includes attendance, payroll inputs, updating associate database, deductions, statutory compliances and submitting annual returns, managing various insurance administration.
- Implementing and administrating Apprentice scheme.
- Responsible for Reward and Recognition.
- Supporting business by providing various reports and correct data for decision making.

Functional Core :
- Driving recruitment activities of permanent associates based on budgeting and manpower planning.
- Sourcing resumes through various portals to ensure that we have a diverse poolof hires.
- Review of JDs as and when required in concern with respective function HOD.
- Screen candidates and schedule for all rounds of interviews, complete other documentation and formalities like completing behavioural assessment tests etc.
- Prepare fitment, offer, arrange pre-employment medical check-up, background verification and appointment letter.
- Joining formalities and Induction schedule.




- Use Success factor tool for hiring to onboarding process.
- Update associates files and data.
- Support in conducting various activities like Townhall, Sports, Engagement Events etc.
- Organize and maintain data for associate communication forum like SAMVAAD, Let’s Connect, Women’s Connect, Recent joinee Connect, HR Help Desk.
- Preparation of monthly MIS related to R&R;, Attrition data, HR Dashboard, MPRM, Townhall.
- Skill matrix & multiskilling end to end process for Plant Associates. Preparation & Execution of training with all training hygiene related to ISO standard.
- Provide monthly payroll input to corporate for salary processing.
- Ensure statutory compliance is made in time wrt PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Apprentice, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
- Complete employee exit formalities by using SF tools.
- Support Corporate in renewing various employee related insurance policies on yearly basis and updating on
