What awaits you/ Job Profile
- BEV Module Lead, Program Manager, Assistant Chief Engineer – Passenger Car(M1)
- Own the complete delivery of Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) programs, providing technical and strategic leadership from concept definition, vehicle architecture, target setting, development, validation, industrialization, and Start of Production (SOP).
- Serve as the vehicle engineering leader responsible for achieving program objectives related to performance, cost, quality, timing, manufacturability, safety, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and align multidisciplinary engineering organizations across HV Battery, E-Powertrain, Charging Systems, Thermal Management, Chassis, Body Structures, Interior & Exterior Systems,



Electrical & Electronics, Software, Connectivity, and Vehicle Integration.
- Define and govern vehicle-level technical roadmaps, engineering strategies, critical performance indicators, development milestones, and decision-making frameworks to ensure successful product delivery.
- Establish technical direction and resolve complex cross-functional challenges involving vehicle architecture, packaging, system interfaces, electrical integration, thermal management, mass optimization, manufacturing feasibility, and product performance.
- Chair engineering reviews, gateway assessments, and technical governance forums, ensuring effective risk management, issue resolution, and timely decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.
- Review and sign off vehicle level validation, prototype build events, system integration activities, software-hardware convergence, regulatory certification, homologation, and production readiness as
