Job Description

Position: Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Experience: Min 10 Years Relevant ( we can consider 6 to 10 years, if the candidate is excellent)

Location: Bengaluru

Mode of Working: Hybrid

Notice: Immediate (Can consider 7 to 15days)

Budget: 25LPA to 30LPA for 10+ Yrs experience, 15LPA to 20LPA for 6+ yrs of experience.

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements,



translate business needs into technical solutions, and enhance the CRM platform to support key business processes. Your expertise will play a critical role in driving digital transformation, improving user engagement, and optimizing CRM functionality across the organization.

Must Have Skills & Experience

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CE Online – Hands-on implementation and development experience

2. Minimum 15 years of total IT and minimum 10 years of relevant experience in CRM technologies

3. CRM Modules – Robust knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Service modules

4. Plugins – Development and deployment of custom plugins

5. Business Process Flows (BPFs) – Design and customization

6. Power Automate – End-to-end automation and integration

7. Azure Functions – Integration for asynchronous messaging

8. Azure DevOps – Experience with CI/CD and release pipelines

9. Dataverse – Schema design,
