We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the team as a Lead Recruiter to help us in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. The perfect candidate should excel in crafting effective recruitment strategies, utilizing cutting-edge technology, and fostering solid candidate relationships. They should have a strong ability to understand hiring requirements,



lead a team of recruiters, amend recruitment strategies in an agile environment, streamline the hiring process, and align talent acquisition with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities -

Understanding Hiring Requirements
- Thorough understanding of open positions from the respective Hiring Managers/Clients
- Determine selection criteria (Project details, Timeline, Work Timings, Location, Candidate capabilities, Selection Process)
- Determine best suitable strategy to fill the position in optimized timeline
- Interact with higher management to understand future roadmap and contribute in forecasting open positions and align recruitment team according to upcoming requirements
- Have thorough understanding of org structure, identify the anticipated gaps and plan to mitigate risks

Development of Hiring Capabilities
- Develop recruitment process starting from getting a position requirem
