So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst – Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) to join our NICE Actimize Qualified Services team in Pune. You will work closely with clients, Architects, Implementers, QA, Product Management, R&D;, and Project Managers to understand and analyze business requirements and support the implementation of fraud-management solutions. The role is focused on requirements analysis, data mapping, fraud analytics, solution walkthroughs, and functional validation across banking and financial services. The role requires a good understanding of fraud-management processes, strong Business Analysis skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional delivery teams.

- Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.
- Conduct and support requirement-gathering sessions with client business, fraud, data, and technology stakeholders.
- Perform business and functional requirements analysis, including current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) analysis.
- Translate business and fraud requirements into functional requirements, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse client requirements against Actimize product capabilities and provide recommendations on the appropriate product functionality or configuration.
- Perform source-to-target data mapping, data-gap analysis, field-level analysis, and data validation required for fraud solution implementation.
