We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Relationship Manager to provide essential support to our sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales activities, facilitating smooth communication between internal teams and clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
- Order Management: Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, and coordinating with logistics to guarantee timely delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing prompt after-sales support to foster robust customer relationships.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain organized records of sales transactions, generate periodic sales reports, and ensure proper documentation is available for all sales activities.
