About this Role





We are seeking an experienced skilled to provide hands-on operational support for AWS-hosted microservices and REST APIs running on Amazon EKS/Kubernetes platforms. This role focuses on maintaining service availability, improving operational excellence, driving automation initiatives, supporting incident resolution, and enhancing observability across distributed cloud-native environments. The successful candidate will contribute to service reliability through structured troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and responsible AI/AIOps practices with appropriate human oversight.

What you will do
- Monitor and support AWS-hosted microservices and REST API services across production environments.
- Troubleshoot application, API, container, networking, DNS and access-related issues using structured diagnostic approaches.
