Role Summary
The Data Scientist II will support operational analytics across PDS to ensure analytics products continue to address key business needs. The role will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of analytical solutions, with opportunities to work on advanced analytics capabilities such as predictive modelling, simulation, and optimization. The Data Scientist II should have a strong interest in solving business problems, analysing data,



and supporting the development of scalable analytics solutions that drive value for PDS and ultimately benefit patients around the world.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of structured and unstructured data to generate insights and recommendations aligned with PDS priorities and business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders and senior team members to understand business problems, define requirements, and support the development of data models, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance analytics solutions that address business challenges using appropriate statistical and analytical techniques.
- Support the automation and improvement of existing analytics products and processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to support data infrastructure, data pipelines, and data quality initiatives required for analytical solutions.
