We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader with 18–20 years of experience to lead the organization’s finance function and provide strategic financial direction to senior leadership. The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and management reporting, along with the ability to oversee financial operations, strengthen controls, drive business performance, and support critical decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with solid leadership, commercial understanding, and the ability to manage complex financial functions in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across the organization.
Oversee accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations,



month-end and year-end closing, and financial statements.
Establish and maintain robust accounting policies, processes, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks.
Drive management reporting, preparing and presenting periodic financial reports, MIS, dashboards, variance analysis, and business performance insights for senior management.
Partner with business leaders and functional heads to understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Monitor revenue, costs, margins, cash flows, working capital, and overall financial performance against budgets and business objectives.
Provide leadership on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial strategy.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
