We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, with a robust understanding of the quick commerce and e-commerce business workplace. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records in fast-paced, high-volume businesses.
The role requires someone who can independently manage accounting activities, work closely with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure timely and accurate financial operations. Candidates with experience handling finance and accounts for quick commerce, e-commerce, marketplaces, retail-tech, or digitally driven businesses will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including recording, reviewing, and maintaining financial transactions.




- Handle accounting activities related to quick commerce and e-commerce business operations, including high-volume transactions, orders, settlements, expenses, and vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, receivables, payables, and other financial transactions.
- Process and verify invoices, bills, payment requests, credit notes, debit notes, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, operations, sales, business teams, and finance to resolve accounting-related queries.
- Work closely with vendors and external stakeholders to ensure timely documentation, payments, and resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare accounting reports, MIS, schedules, and supporting data required for management reporting and financial analysis.
