Job Description
Responsibilities:
A senior production role responsible for handling complex policy administration transactions, supporting underwriting operations, resolving exceptions, managing queues, ensuring quality and SLA adherence, and acting as the first point of contact for functional escalations.
Responsible for preparation work relating to Notice of Claim and responding to Request for information from executors and solicitors. Prepare payment distributions to beneficiaries following claim finalization.
Process complex endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy amendments.
Perform quality checks and peer reviews of policy transactions.
