The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM/CE design, development, customization, and support.
- Develop Plugins, Workflows, Custom APIs, Web Resources, and extensions using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Configure and customize Dataverse, including forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security.
- Build Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Service Bus.
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support,



troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
- Manage CI/CD, ALM, Azure DevOps, Git, deployments, and environment/data migrations.
- Conduct code reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, mentor team members, and drive Dynamics 365/Power Platform best practices.
