About this Role





We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Billing Operations qualified to take ownership of L2 application operations for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management services. This role is focused on ensuring the reliability, availability and performance of critical telecom billing platforms, including rating, charging, bill-cycle execution, invoicing, payments, collections and revenue-assurance processes. The successful candidate will drive service excellence through operational troubleshooting, incident recovery, automation, reconciliation, proactive monitoring and continual service improvement while working closely with cross-functional technology and business teams.
