About this Role





We are seeking a Real Estate Lease Accounting Analyst to support the accurate and timely execution of lease accounting activities in line with IFRS 16 requirements. The role focuses on end-to-end lease contract management, contract creation and modification, monthly valuation processing, balance sheet reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance activities, and stakeholder collaboration. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with robust analytical capabilities, SAP experience, and a good understanding of lease accounting processes.

- Manage real estate accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 requirements and internal controls.
- Execute end-to-end lease contract management activities, including contract creation, modification, maintenance, and validation.
