About this Role





We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to support global employee data management and HR administration activities within a shared services setting. Based in Pune, this role is responsible for processing employee-related transactions in SuccessFactors, ensuring service level agreement compliance, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, managing stakeholder requests, and contributing to process improvement, digitisation, and automation initiatives. This opportunity is well suited to individuals with up to two years of HR operations experience and knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Organisational Management modules.
