About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Corporate Events to drive business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in corporate event sales, business development, client relationship management, proposal development, and strategic planning.





The role requires the ability to identify business opportunities, understand client requirements, develop event solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and convert opportunities into successful projects while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients across diverse industries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, requirement analysis, proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and project closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR, Marketing, Administration, Procurement, Corporate Communications, Plant Heads, and CXOs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
