Position Overview
The Vice President – Delivery & Operations will lead the complete operational and service delivery
functions of Pamgro's EOR business, driving operational excellence, client success, governance,
compliance, scalability and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end EOR delivery operations.
• Lead onboarding, payroll coordination, lifecycle management and offboarding.
• Drive SLA, KPI and governance excellence.
• Build scalable operational frameworks.
• Manage enterprise client relationships.
• Lead operational transformation and automation.
• Ensure compliance and risk management.
• Lead cross-functional teams and develop future leaders.
