We’re hiring a Performance Graphic Designer to work directly with our Media Buying team, developing creative specifically designed to drive results on Meta. This is not a traditional brand-design role where success is measured only by how polished something looks. Your work must capture attention, communicate an offer quickly, and persuade customers to take action. You will collaborate closely with media buyers to turn customer insights, product perks, promotions, and testing hypotheses into high-performing static ads, carousels, and other paid-social creative. You must be highly capable with AI creative tools and able to generate realistic, commercially usable images. This includes placing products into new environments, generating believable models and lifestyle scenes, developing visual concepts rapidly,



and maintaining accurate product details throughout the process. Experience creating advertising for apparel or fashion brands is strongly preferred.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- — Create performance-focused static ads, carousels, promotional graphics, and other visual assets for Meta advertising
- — Work directly with media buyers to translate creative strategies and testing hypotheses into finished advertisements
- — Use AI tools to generate photorealistic models, lifestyle imagery, backgrounds, product scenes, and creative variations
- — Maintain realism and product accuracy in AI-generated imagery, including garment fit, color, fabric, texture, proportions, lighting, anatomy, and branding
- — Develop multiple hooks, layouts, headlines, formats, and visual variations for structured creative testing
