We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition for our broadband services. The role involves direct sales, lead generation, and building strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.

1.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify prospective customers through
field visits, tele calling, referrals, digital leads, local networking, and
other approved channels.
- Identify potential residential,
commercial, SME, and institutional customers.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales
pipeline.
- Conduct market surveys to identify areas
with broadband/fiber connectivity demand.
- Identify buildings, apartments, offices,
shops, institutions, and commercial establishments with potential for
customer acquisition.
- Generate referrals through existing
customers and local contacts.

2.
Customer Acquisition & Sales Conversion
- Approach prospective customers and
understand their internet connectivity requirements.
- Present suitable broadband/fiber
internet plans based on customer requirements.
- Explain speed options, pricing,




installation procedures, offers, terms, and value-added services.
- Handle customer objections and provide
appropriate responses.
- Follow up with prospects until final
closure.
- Convert qualified leads into recent
customers.
- Ensure accurate communication of product
and commercial information to customers.

3.
Field Sales & Territory Development
- Conduct regular field visits within the
assigned territory.
- Develop customer networks within
assigned locations.
- Establish relationships with apartment
associations, builders, property managers, local businesses, offices,
shops, and institutions.
- Identify new buildings and localities
with business potential.
- Support identification of areas suitable
for network expansion.
- Maintain regular market coverage as per
the assigned plan.
