JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) For Retail Services
A) Train the OMP(Open Market Plumber) for installation & maintenance on CBS
products for awareness on Jaquar products and product concepts.
B) On site installation guidance/assistance to the OMP for validate their qualification for
CBS plumber
C) Train the Service Person for all products to able them to complete resolution by
visiting SP, product maintenance guidance to the Customer & installation guidance to
the plumber of the Customer.
D) Update/Train to all service person in filed for updation/changes in any existing/recent
launches of products.
E) Train the Architects staff to enabling products availability and critical aspects to be
undertaken while designing bathroom for its installation. And services offered by
company.
F) Guidance to individual customer for PMC service for trouble free product
performance
reduction in reactive service calls.
G) Prompt service to customers to restore customers trust in the brand & Customer
does not feels pinch of product malfunctioning calculated in report of TAT & OCR.
H) Provide proactive services to customers & his plumber to do proper product
installation and in guidance to user for product usage & maintenance.
I) Frequent visit on ASP for audit and quality check of service persons &
documentation.
J) Check the spare parts availability at all times in right quantity enabling prompt
service to the customer.
K) Dealer support by visiting as per plan/target & provide support in escalated/VIP calls.
2) For Project Service
A) Plan and execute the installations according to the customer requirement and
manpower availability
B) Check the quality randomly of installations at site and ensure that the installations
done are as per the standards defined.
C) Execution of survey and measurement as per the order inflow and customer
requirement.
D) Co-ordination with the sales team, customers and assembly unit team to have a
smooth order execution as
