You primary job would be to Ignite Collaboration :
Interesting word but typically is inundated with failures and 90% grunt work like curating events, organizing logistics, managing digital assets,



social media marketing, tie-ups.
However, the 10% interesting work could involve ideating new human collaboration situation, which may be based on various social psychology theories or could be exploratory exercises, interacting with interesting people and building real leadership, organizing, and hustling skills.

You will be the primary person responsible to make sure the space is operating smoothly, events are well attended and go off without a hitch, and that desk renters are happy. You will be backed by the rest of our team, but the primary mission is to create a successful co-working space and a place for likeminded people to network, learn, and collaborate belongs to you.
