Success in the Role

As an SRE Engineer at JIFFYAI, you will be responsible for maintaining the health, availability, and performance of our multi-tenant platform and associated cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Platform Implementation teams to ensure end-to-end reliability for ~100 microservices built on diverse technologies. This role is ideal for an operations-focused engineer with robust foundations in infrastructure, cloud services, observability, and automation.

Role Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-native workloads hosted on AWS EKS, RDS, MongoDB Atlas, S3, Elasticache, OpenSearch, and EFS.
