Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:

Sr Analyst with a strong focus on ensuring accurate and efficient knowledge of Abandoned & Unclaimed Property (AUP) and ledger reconciliations.

The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of corporate unclaimed property processes, including review, verification, and processing of stale/uncashed checks,



month-end general ledger reconciliations, and state compliance reporting. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory regulations, and providing support to internal stakeholders regarding escheatment, due diligence, and ledger submissions.

Responsibilities:

General Ledger & Month-End Reconciliations

Execute monthly ledger balance display and transactional reviews. Monitor and review Colgate AUP General Ledger Account . Prepare and submit official monthly reconciliation packages and detail backup files to internal controllers and global bank reconciliation teams by established closing deadlines. Audit multi-entity monthly bank statements against SAP outstanding check listings to verify clearing values and account numbers.
