ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Operations & Digital Transformation who can manage a team while driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and automation.

The role will oversee key operations including client onboarding, transaction processing, AMC coordination, reporting, and query resolution.



The ideal candidate will combine people-management skills with strong process thinking, attention to detail, risk awareness, and an automation mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Team Management

• Manage, mentor, and develop the operations team.

• Set goals, review performance, and build team capability.

• Own overall operational performance across platforms such as MFU and Investwell.

• Oversee transaction processing, reporting, query resolution, and SLA adherence.

• Personally handle escalations, high-risk transactions, and documentation requiring accuracy.

Process & Automation

• Identify manual, repetitive, and error-prone workflows.

• Improve and automate processes across onboarding, execution, reporting, and reconciliation.

• Drive adoption of Excel, Zoho, Investwell, AI-assisted workflows, and other digital tools.

• Develop SOPs that reduce manual dependency and improve scalability.
