Job Description
Finance and Accounting Operations, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Ensure close process,
month end review and flux analysis is completed accurately and on a timely basis.
- Preparation of complex and approval of standard monthly reconciliations, accrual calculations and journal entries to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the financial statements.
- Preparation of complex and approval of standard accounts payable/accounts receivable subledger, journal and clearing account reconciliations and liaison with Source to Pay (S2P)/Order to Cash (O2C) to resolve discrepancies and upstream process issues.
- Preparation of complex and approval of standard reconciliations of employee advances/expenses/P-cards, liaison with S2P to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and review recurring and non-recurring accrual journals
- Ensure the accuracy of the month end FX revaluation process.
- Assist in preparation of accounts receivable, accounts payable and other asset-related disclosures for 10K/10Q.
