Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent commerce background
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our tendering and business development team. This is an entry-level chance for a commerce graduate to build a career in government and institutional tendering, including GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other e-procurement portals. The role involves supporting tender identification, documentation, compliance, and bid submission.




Qualifications / Requirements
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or equivalent commerce background.
- Freshers with 0–1 year of experience are eligible to apply.
- Prior internship or exposure to tendering/procurement is an added advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and formulas.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while handling documents and figures.
- Good understanding of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
- Working knowledge of the GeM portal is a plus.
- Basic understanding of GST, PAN, EMD, and other statutory/compliance documents used in tendering.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
- Search, track, and shortlist relevant tenders on GeM and other e-procurement/e-tendering portals on a daily basis.
