- Monitor timely & accurate master creation and related parameters in the accounting & valuation system.
- Validate the data so obtained from other sources.
- Monitor timely & accurate data capturing for master creation in SAP and valuation system

Monitor the accuracy of accounting & valuation of securities and corporate actions for calculation of accurate NAV
- Monitor all trade related information (Master, Deal Ticket) received from front office to ensure correct investment accounting for NAV computation.
- Monitor accurate capture of price files from various sources for valuation of securities.
- Monitor corporate actions details from the agreed sources and verify the same with custodian or other sources.
- Monitor timely and accurate equity portfolio valuations across funds.
- Timely verification of debt accounting and valuation across funds.

Monitor accurate and timely computation of NAV and dissemination of the same to respective users




- Monitor timely and accurate accounting on basis of information received.
- Coordinate with print press media and internal IT dept for publishing the NAV.
- Develop and implement various checks to ensure accuracy of NAV declared.
- Monitor timely reconciliation of all investment operations related data like holding, accruals, cash & bank.

Timely coordination with the front office, brokers and custodian for the trades done to ensure smooth and timely settlement of trades
- Monitor timely settlement and accounting of debt trades
- Monitor timely coordinating with counter party, custodian & broker for secondary market transaction
- Monitor timely & accurate settlement of debt trades in Front Office System & Back Office System
