Discover the Role
The Senior Dynamics 365 Test Analyst is responsible for leading and executing both automation and functional testing across enterprise platforms including:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- PowerApps / Power Platform
- Service Management Tools (SMT)
This is a hands-on QA role requiring robust automation expertise, deep CRM knowledge, and experience ensuring high-quality releases in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Automation & Functional Testing
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using C#, Selenium, EasyRepro, Playwright, SpecFlow, and other automation frameworks.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing for:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Service Management Tools (SMT)
- Power Platform and web applications
- Build and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Validate integration flows between CRM, SMT, and supporting systems.
- Analyze automation test results, identify defects, and ensure quality standards.
Quality Assurance & Collaboration
- Apply strong knowledge of QA methodologies, industry best practices, and testing lifecycles.
