Responsibility
• Maximise revenue generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
• Meet and advise clients on real estate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
• Develop Provident Capital as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
Qualifications
Any Graduate or post Graduate with following Skills
1. Positive experience in Sales
2. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
3. Excellence in sales and marketing with positive attitude and team playing ability.
4. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
5. Ability to work independently.
