Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will deliver both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your sales skills by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Karnataka. Main stakeholders are Panel builders, Channel partners/Distributors, EPC's/Contractors and End customers.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Customer Communication & Sales Support Manage customer communications on delivery schedules, payment terms, commercial conditions, and order status while ensuring compliance with company policies and sales strategies.
- Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and develop current market opportunities, deepen customer relationships, and help grow the business within the assigned territory.
- Marketing & Customer Engagement Carry out marketing initiatives and clearly convey the value of products and solutions to boost customer engagement and expand market reach.
